The Power of Hightower: Coach Tim just keeps on runnin’

A few weeks ago, we were so pleased to support one of our very own as Tim Hightower returned to the NFL with the New Orleans Saints. Back then, a slew of injuries to the New Orleans Saints’ running backs gave Coach Tim a golden opportunity to prove that he was ready to contribute once again. Not only did he meet those expectations, he also grabbed a strong hold on the starting spot for the remainder of the season. If that wasn’t enough, Coach Tim put the football-watching nation on notice as he racked up 122 yards rushing with two touchdowns against the Jacksonville Jaguars in a 38-19 win on Sunday. He has been a massive contributor to the Saints’ success and has more than built a new name for himself in the tough, hard-nosed NFL. Not only has Coach Tim reached his dream, but he has exceeded them — giving himself (and the Saints) new life in the process. Never satisfied with just making it back, Coach Tim has pushed himself to #AnotherLevel and is a strong candidate to land on his feet next season in a full-time role. Although the Saints have been mathematically eliminated from this year’s playoff contention, we’re going to be watching their final game against the Atlanta Falcons with a passionate interest. From your friends at CoachUp: congratulations once again and keep on scoring those touchdowns! Check out the highlights from Coach Tim’s awesome two-touchdown game right over here.
