Medicine Ball Twists
Transcription: “Hi, I’m Shane Toman, certified personal trainer and CoachUp coach — and this is the medicine ball twist.The reason you want to do medicine ball twists is to improve your dynamic core strength. To do a medicine ball twist you want to bring your feet off the ground, and cross them over each other. Hold the ball out in front of you, twist to one side, almost touching the ground, and then come back in a semicircle to the other side. You want to repeat this until you can’t do them anymore.”
