How To Do Arnold Presses
Transcription: “Hi, I’m Shane Toman, certified personal trainer and CoachUp coach — and this is the Arnold press. The reason we do Arnold presses is to improve our overall upper body and core strength. To do the Arnold press, first you wanna stand up straight, position yourself with your palms forward and arms extended. Do a bicep curl, rotate your shoulders, and do an overhead press. You wanna get about ten to twelve of these in.”
