Medicine Ball Slams
Transcription: “Hi, I’m Shane Toman, certified personal trainer and CoachUp coach. And this is the medicine ball slam. The reason you wanna do medicine ball slams is to improve your full body and core explosiveness. To do a medicine ball slam, you wanna bring the ball all the way above your head ‘til full body extension. Then you wanna slam as hard as you can to the ground, while maintaining the same feet position. Like that. You wanna do them ‘til you can’t anymore.”
