Combat Ropes
Transcription: “My name is Frank DeSario. Next exercise is the combat ropes. First one we call hand-to-feet and this is one that’s really targeting his shoulders and his feet coordination. The second one is the full body slam, it mimics an olympic lift, targets the core, the shoulders, the legs. The next exercise is a split squat with a slam, targets shoulders and core.”
