How To Catch A Fly Ball
Transcription: “Hi, my name is Clint Chalk. I’m a former college baseball player and CoachUp coach — and this is the fly ball. It’s important to learn how to catch a fly ball, to not only get the out, but to get rid of the ball as quickly and efficiently as possible. When catching fly balls, it’s important to know where the ball’s gonna land. You wanna set yourself up about a step or two behind that mark. And as the ball descends, you’re gonna take your glove foot and reach out and catch that baseball at the same time.”
