Athletes in 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, & 16U will be broken down into teams camps.
The following breakdown shows camp dates & time slots for each age group:
Jan 28th, Feb 4th, Feb 11th, Feb 18th
10am-10:50am 8U & 10U
11am-11:50am 12U
12pm-12:50pm 14U
1pm-1:50pm 16U & 18U
This camp is designed to help your girls become FAST & POWERFUL with minimal injuries. Doing this helps them get ahead of their competition while improving their opportunities with elite softball opportunities.
Push4Success Softball Conditioning Camp teaches your girls how to:
-Run properly
-Test correctly
-Develop speed & strength to help with faster base running & power hitting
-Incorporate fundamental training to prepare them for higher level strength and conditioning
-Team fitness conditioning
-Nutritional & fitness accountability and coaching in Private Facebook Groups for parents and athletes.
