I started my career as an assistant at the University of Michigan. Since then, I’ve coached at DePaul University, Western Michigan University and Saint Mary’s College of California. I’ve worked for a number of ECNL clubs throughout the country as well as directing youth summer camps and working in after school programming. I’m comfortable working with all age groups, levels and genders!
As a player, I won two youth national championships and started my collegiate career playing at the University of Connecticut. I transferred and finished my collegiate career at the University of Michigan under the direction of the former US women’s national team coach. I’ve been to 4 NCAA tournaments, one first round, two sweet sixteens and one elite eight. After college I played semi professionally for Indiana Elite, but was forced into retirement after too many concussions.
What anyone can expect from me is an intentionally tailored session specifically geared toward the person I’m training. I’m excellent at meeting people where they are at and challenging them in an intelligent and fun way! Because sustained growth in soccer is fostered through engagement AND fun!
