More About Coach Jamal
I have coached athletes at summer football camps held by NFL colleagues. These camps included kids from middle school through high school. I have also been training kids privately for 7 years.
My specific athletic accomplishments are playing in several bowl games and winning the commander in chiefs trophy while play football at the Air Force academy. I played for years at the Air Force academy and started several games in my career, registering an interception against Utah State Heisman candidate Chuckie Keeton, along with 32 tackles in 4 games.
A client can expect professional grade coaching from a former athlete that played at the highest collegiate level. This coaching will include a number of different drills, techniques, and workout regimens. I work out an athlete by starting with stretching, warming up, footwork drills, ball drills, and then live simulation drills.
