I have my Bachelor's Degree from CSU, Los Angeles in Theater Arts and Dance, with a dance emphasis.

I have been formally teaching dance since 2005. I have taught all ages from 3 years of age to Adult, teaching all dance levels, from beginners to professionals.

I am able to teach Hip Hop, Bebop Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Contemporary/Modern, Ballroom, Latin Ballroom, Breakdance/Breaking, Popping, Locking, and House.

During my collegiate days, I choreographed in multiple shows, including the Spring Forward Dance Concert in 2004 and Cal State LA's Moving Dance Images: Children's Show Tour. I was an advanced member of the Cal State LA Jazz Tap Corps and the campus' hip hop crew, Team Flight.

One accomplishment I am proud of is being the Dance Choreographer & Director for Crenshaw Arts/Tech Charter High School's dance troupe, CATCH Kids, a troupe renowned for being featured on the Tyra Banks Show and catching the eyes of a few known performers such as Tommy The Clown, Debbie Allen, and Janet Jackson.

As a Dance Instructor, I've worked in various studios such as the American Vive Dance Foundation, King's Dance Center, Expressions Dance and Movement Center, and Kruciaal Element's Dancehouse.

As a professional, I have worked with Kruciaal Element Dance Company as the previous Assistant Director and part of their freestyle dance crew, Stylematix. We have done shows and performances across San Diego County and in Los Angeles, including Monster Bash San Diego, Mardi Gras in The Gaslamp District, Dancescape, The Hot Spot Alhambra and The Moxie Showcase. I also choreograph for Weddings, Birthdays, and other productions.

Currently, I am the CEO & Director of 3 Be3ts Dance Company, a group that focuses on the collaboration of momvement for those who strive to balance their life, culture and well-being into their dancing.

For the duration of the session, we will focus on connecting the mind, body and soul to you and your movements utilizing the 3 Be3ts Method. The session will consist of a stretch and warm-up, technique & breathing, the 3 Be3ts Method, and a routine, which can be progressive in any additional sessions. The 3 Be3ts method disengages the mentality of "I can't" and releases any blocks you might have through collaborating and adapting your life, culture and well-being into your movements.
