For my clients ages 14 and up there is a weight room option. This will take workouts to 2 hrs which is a $50 flat rate

I don't think I can say enough about coach Anthony. My son's life long goal is to be in the NFL. Anthony knows what my son wants and what it will take to get there. My son looks up to him and hates to feel as if he ever let him down in anyway. Anthony makes him feel comfortable and helps him with any part he struggles in. My son (13 y/o) has completed 5 sessions with Anthony so far and I can't say enough good. Each session is packed full of high yield training designed specifically for him. He has developed a relationship with Anthony that revolves around mutual respect for one another. My son is growing in confidence, skills, and knowledge thanks to Anthony. Highly recommended.

Anthony Hargrove to me is one of the greatest men that I have ever met. He's one of the best teachers and wonderful mentor. I found a person that I could look up to as a brother and a friend. I first met Anthony at the Bandits football fields in 2012 spring season. He is one of the best football coaches I have ever had. Anthony and I became best friends after that season. He showed me things about the game I'd never seen before. How to read plays and how to slow the game down. Anthony also has help me get over the fear of talking in front of people. I didn't only learn football lesson from him, he taught me life skills that has help me do good in my life. I respect this man for all the things he has been put through, I think I have it rough. Then I remember some of the things that he had fight to overcome. I don't know how he did it, but He did it. I would like to take this time to thank him for helping me and being a brother to me.
