I'm a retired US Army Special Forces Veteran with extensive experience developing Military Athletes, Special Forces Operators, and youth athletes on the foundations of mental performance. My experience includes high-pressure situations from 5 tours in Afghanistan where I coached, led, and mentored Special Forces Operators on physical and mental preparation for the battlefield that resulted in increased small unit survivability. I effectively translate my military leadership and coaching experience to helping youth athletes, aspiring leaders, and coaches gain a competitive edge through mental performance training.

As a young athlete, I developed a solid foundation of relentless physical preparation, drive, and discipline from outstanding coaches who also served as influential and lifelong mentors. This foundation prepared me for a decorated career as a US Army Special Forces Veteran with five tours in Afghanistan. I bring a diverse athletic background with eight years of experience in football spanning youth and high school levels. I achieved all-league honors as a defensive back during my senior year in southern California, where I also competed in track and field. Beyond traditional sports, I've completed the JFK 50 Mile Ultramarathon, numerous marathons and half-marathons, road races, and extensive endurance events while in the military.

Every client is unique. My process begins with an initial consultation, typically conducted over a phone call or video conference. During this conversation, I take the time to understand the client's background, goals, and challenges they are facing related to mental performance. This initial assessment helps me gain insight into their specific challenges and allows us to establish clear objectives for our coaching engagement. Following the initial consultation, I develop a personalized coaching plan based on Mental Performance Mastery certification that is tailored to address the client's goals and areas for growth. This plan outlines the focus areas, timeline, and proposed coaching sessions.
